To ensure your massage therapy session is as relaxing and beneficial as possible, here are a few simple steps and tips to consider before your arrival.
Setting the mood for relaxation
Choose a room where you’ll feel relaxed and undisturbed—a bedroom, study, or quiet corner of the living room works well. Avoid high-traffic areas and keep pets or children out of the room to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Clear your space, clear your mind
Move furniture, rugs, or side tables out of the way so your therapist can set up the massage table or mat easily. Ensure there’s at least 2x2 meters of clear space around the table for optimal comfort and movement.
Privacy and open communication
Maintain privacy and comfort by turning off notifications and letting others know you’ll need quiet time. Communicate openly with your therapist about any health concerns, injuries, or areas you want focused on to ensure a truly personalized experience.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand that life happens. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Notice requirement
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment time to avoid any charges.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No-shows
If the therapist arrives at the location and the client is unavailable or refuses service, the full service fee plus travel costs will be charged.
Travel considerations
For appointments requiring more than 30 minutes of travel, a non-refundable travel deposit (e.g., $25–$50) is required at booking. This deposit is applied to the total cost but is forfeited in case of cancellation.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted warmly and guided to a comfortable space. Our staff will help you settle in, ensuring you’re ready for your session. This is also a chance to ask any last-minute questions about the treatment or the day’s schedule.
During your visit
The experience is tailored to your needs, with options such as massages (30–120 minutes) for muscle relaxation, stress reduction, and improved circulation. The treatments are designed to be sensory-friendly and calming, with a focus on holistic wellness.
